피쉬 튀김 해봤습니다…
지난번에는 가시 별로 없었는데…이번 받은 건 몇개 곳곳 있더라구요…어린이들은 주위 하셔야 겠네요~~
그외에는 저렴하고 나쁠께 하나도 없어요…맛도 강하지 않고 튀겨도 야들야들 합니다…한팩 뚝딱 했습니다~ 참고로 감자 를 에어프라이어 에다 구워 토핑을 여러가지로 하고 피클도 같이 막었습니다~~^^
having an old fashioned fish fry for dinner tonight.
last time i ordered these, i don't remember having bones in the pieces..this time we are coming across more bones here and there. if you are feeding to small children, you might want to check the pieces more thoroughly so they don't get any bones in their bites.
the fish is mild, but the smell is pretty severely fishy right out of the package. i soaked these in cooking wine and then made deep fried fish with them. turned out great with baked potatoes.

다만 처음 할때 해동이 덜풀린 채로 했더니
약간 실패작 ㅡ
다시할땐 충분히 녹이고 맛소금, 후추로
밑간하고 탁탁 두드려준후 부쳤더니
아주 훌륭.
