I owned a previous version of this laptop with the 8th gen i5, and the keyboard on the previous model was much better than this one. Because the keyboard is silver on this model, the backlight actually makes it harder to see in some lighting situations where the former black keyboard would do just fine. Also the "right arrow" key looks like it's bent downward. Overall, the laptop feels cheap. I'm also not very impressed with the Windows installation. Someone opened the laptop prior to me purchasing to install Windows, and they chose all the settings and system name and configuration. I would not recommend.
