Received the steamer very next day. However, the packaging is not right! I can tell it is not new- the opening areas were already well worn. When I opened the box there is no correct packaging materials! I have one of these before – it was packaged nicely. This one is not correct. I think it is a used or returned one. I requested a new one not used. Even worse- the floor pads are missing! It is not the mop itself I’m
reviewing but more the integrity of the company selling this product on Coupang.

Update** Received a replacement. This one was packaged correctly with pads inside the box. After using this once here is my review on the product itself:
It does not get hot enough when steam cleaning. The bottom is not flat so there are areas that do not get scrubbed as well. I also think this prevents the steam (heat) from sanitizing the floor at the right temperature. It did take off the some stains that I wanted out – you have to sit the steamer on it for a bit of time and scrub, scrub, scrub… I ended up returning this item as it does not perform as it should as the other one had. Also this does not stand up – you have to lean it on the wall in a corner. It does not come with a holder or stand.
